Throughout July, the Fabrique de la Solidarité in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement hosts a free, multi-generational sports program designed to get everyone moving. Led by the association INITIACTIV', each session focuses on gentle muscle strengthening, stretching, and shadow boxing in a welcoming atmosphere.
