Back to culture

September is when indoor culture typically returns in force — theatre, gallery and concert seasons reopen alongside the last open-air events of the year.

  • Look for season-opening concerts, theatre premieres and gallery shows
  • Catch harvest festivals and the last open-air markets before autumn
  • Book ahead for autumn arts and film festivals that often launch this month
