The Choir of Man at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Dublin

The Choir of Man, a musical set in a pub, runs at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin from 10 to 14 November 2026. Nine performers sing and play live, with songs by artists including Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns & Roses, Avicii and Katy Perry. The show is a British musical created by Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay.

It has a working on-stage bar that pours pints of beer for the audience during the performance. Spoken word monologues by performance poet Ben Norris carry the dialogue, and Jack Blume is the musical supervisor who arranged and orchestrated the songs. The show was first presented at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017.
