This exhibition offers a stimulating journey through the history of early 20th-century Romanian traditional costume, set within a mythological scenography designed to transport visitors into an archetypal space. The displayed pieces invite interpretation beyond their status as heritage objects, revealing layers of protection, visual codes, and surfaces of symbolic inscription.

The textile artifacts, over a century old, enter into dialogue with a video installation and a sound composition inspired by Béla Bartók's folkloric collections. Together, they evoke a deep European memory, predating modern borders, where myth, nature, and community formed a single reality. The exhibition features artists Iulia Gorneanu, Ana-Maria Crisan, Filip Ristovski, and Alexandru Crisan, with curation by Iulia Gorneanu.
