Croz Boyce: Avey Tare & Geologist (Animal Collective)

Animal Collective members Dave Portner (Avey Tare) and Brian Weitz (Geologist) bring their new instrumental duo Croz Boyce to Gasa Gasa. The project's self-titled debut album blends electric and acoustic string instruments, synthesizers, and percussion, with mixing by bandmate Josh Dibb (Deakin) and mastering by Taylor Deupree.

Attendees can expect a set drawn from the nine-track album, which includes the opening track "Hanging Out With a Blueberry Pop" — accompanied by a video from filmmaker Joseph Ricketts. The evening offers a chance to experience the duo's experimental sound in an intimate New Orleans venue.
