Hannah Frances with Special Guest Marika Christine

Hannah Frances, a vocalist, guitarist, composer, and poet, brings her acclaimed live show to Swedish American Hall. NPR's Ann Powers calls her "a stunning vocalist and songwriter, making monumental and mythic music," and her 2024 album *Keeper of the Shepherd* earned Pitchfork's Best New Music. Her forthcoming album *Nested in Tangles* blends progressive rock, avant-folk, and jazz, anchored by her signature vocal leaps and polyrhythmic fingerpicking.

Opening the evening is Marika Christine, a San Francisco Bay Area artist whose music draws from indie pop, Laurel Canyon folk, and gentle psychedelic rock. Her latest album *Enjoy the Clouds* was released in May 2026. Together, they offer an evening of intimate, emotionally resonant performances in the historic Swedish American Hall.
