Interpol w/ DIIV

Interpol emerged from New York's early-2000s post-punk revival alongside the Strokes and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, building a sound of staccato bass lines and harmonized, snare-heavy guitar work that drew comparisons to Joy Division and Television. Their 2004 second album Antics expanded on the acclaim of their debut with singles like "Slow Hands" and "Evil," cementing the band as a defining act of that era's post-punk resurgence. Support comes from DIIV, a New York shoegaze band whose sound has shifted across four albums -- from the indie-pop leanings of 2012's Oshin to the dream-pop of Is the Is Are and the harder-edged shoegaze of 2024's Frog in Boiling Water, an album reviewers described as ruminating on late-stage capitalism through dense, hypnotic guitar textures.
