Los Angeles Coliseum Historic Tours

Overview

Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Historic Tours give visitors a chance to explore a historic stadium. As a memorial to World War I veterans and a three-time Olympic host, the Coliseum is a historic venue. Visitors can walk the same grounds that saw the 1932 and 1984 Summer Games, and anticipate the 2028 Olympics.

Beyond its Olympic legacy, the stadium has been home to the USC Trojans football team and once housed the Los Angeles Dodgers and Rams. A $315 million renovation in 2019 added modern amenities while preserving its historic character. The Coliseum was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1984.

Located in Exposition Park near downtown Los Angeles, the Coliseum is a vibrant part of the city's cultural landscape. The tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at a venue that has hosted Super Bowls, World Series games, and two Olympic Games.
