Masterworks: Immortal Beethoven

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra presents Masterworks: Immortal Beethoven at the Tennessee Theatre. Music Director Aram Demirjian shapes a season that brings together iconic orchestral works, major choral repertoire, and celebrated soloists, giving the evening a broad and dramatic arc.

An orchestra with deep Knoxville roots, the KSO counts among the older continuing orchestras in the southeastern United States and was founded by Bertha Walburn Clark. It has also performed at the Kennedy Center as part of the SHIFT Festival of American Orchestras, adding a special sense of occasion to this Beethoven program.
