Mel Brown B3 Organ Group at Jack London Revue

The Mel Brown B3 Organ Group brings its long-running Thursday night tradition to the Jack London Revue, a venue in downtown Portland. The band, whose members are all Oregon Music Hall of Fame inductees, has been thrilling audiences since 1997, when they began a 20-year run at Portland's legendary Jimmy Mak's, where they were dubbed the signature group by The Oregonian. They've continued that tradition at the Jack London Revue for the past six years.

Known for their spontaneous performances, the group delivers blistering solos and improvised arrangements that blend jazz, blues, and soul. Their fans include jazz great Christian McBride, who featured the band on NPR's Jazz Night in America. For this show, you can reserve individual tables on a seating map, with some tables offering limited sightlines; general admission standing room is also available. The event is for those 21 and older.
