Punch Line Philly's open mic night gives new and returning performers a real stage to work with. The first ten sign-ups through the online form are guaranteed a slot, and additional performers are picked by lottery.

Attendance is strictly 21 and over, with a two-drink minimum keeping the focus on comedy in a proper club atmosphere.
