Acerca de As Cities Burn

The band signed to Solid State Records, an imprint of Tooth & Nail Records, in 2004. Its lineup is built around brothers Cody Bonnette (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and TJ Bonnette (screamed vocals, programming, piano), alongside drummer Aaron Lunsford and guitarist Hunter Walls.

The debut album Son, I Loved You at Your Darkest (2005) leaned on heavy screamed vocals, while Come Now Sleep (2007) marked a shift toward cleaner singing, a direction continued on Hell or High Water (2009). The band later returned with Scream Through the Walls (2019) following a reunion.

The group's history includes several breakups and reunions: disbanding in 2009, reuniting between 2011 and 2016, breaking up again, reforming in 2017, and dissolving after a performance at Furnace Fest in 2023, with a further reunion later announced alongside a tour by Emery.
