Benson James Boone is an American singer-songwriter born 25 June 2002 in Monroe, Washington, and raised in a large musical family. He first drew attention performing at a high school battle of the bands, later trying out for American Idol in 2021 and advancing to the Top 24 before withdrawing from the competition.

Acerca de Benson Boone

After building a following of more than a million on TikTok, Boone signed with Dan Reynolds' Night Street Records in partnership with Warner Records in October 2021. His 2024 single 'Beautiful Things' became a global hit, reaching number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping charts in the UK, Australia and Canada; it was later named Single of the Year on the IFPI's global year-end chart.

His debut album, Fireworks & Rollerblades (2024), entered the Billboard 200 at number six and earned him a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. Known for performing acrobatic backflips live, Boone built a reputation as an energetic showman, and in 2025 he performed Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' alongside guitarist Brian May in a widely covered festival appearance.

Boone released his second album, American Heart, in June 2025, continuing to tour internationally in support of both records. He has also picked up nominations from the MTV Europe Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, American Music Awards and Brit Awards for his work since 2024.
