Acerca de Little Big Town
After an early deal with Mercury Nashville produced no releases, the group issued its self-titled debut album on Monument Records in 2002. Breakthrough came with The Road to Here (2005), followed by Tornado (2012), whose lead single "Pontoon" became the group's first number-one hit. "Pontoon" and the later single "Girl Crush" each won the Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, and the group has won multiple Vocal Group of the Year awards from the Country Music Association.
Little Big Town was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2014 and in 2017 became the first act to hold a yearlong artist residency at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. The group's eleven studio albums include Nightfall (2020) and Mr. Sun (2022), and its catalogue spans more than two dozen charting country singles.
The group released The Christmas Record in 2024 and marked its 25th anniversary with a greatest-hits collection, continuing to record and tour together as songwriting collaborators as well as performers. It has also worked with fellow country act Sugarland, including on the single "Take Me Home."
