Pink Floyd Tribute
The Great Gig is a Pink Floyd tribute act formed in Greece in 2005 by musicians Lefteris Kontogiannis and Petros Spiridelis. It is a tribute production rather than an original act, built around live re-creations of Pink Floyd's studio and concert catalogue, and has toured across Greece for more than two decades, building a reputation as one of the country's most established acts of its kind.

Acerca de Pink Floyd Tribute
Its shows aim to reproduce Pink Floyd's arrangements closely rather than reinterpret them, paired with large-scale visual projections, custom lighting design and sound effects intended to echo the theatrical concert style Pink Floyd itself pioneered in the 1970s and 1980s. Greek and Cypriot press coverage has described performances lasting close to three hours, built around fidelity to the original recordings, arrangements and stage aesthetic rather than reinterpretation of the material.
The group has performed repeatedly in Athens and Thessaloniki and has appeared as part of established Greek cultural festivals, building a following across the country over two decades of shows. This following eventually led the act to expand its touring beyond Greece and into neighboring Cyprus.
The Great Gig continues to present its full-length Pink Floyd tribute programme primarily within Greece and nearby markets, pairing music with a visual and lighting production modeled on the original band's live shows, and remains one of the region's longest-running acts dedicated solely to Pink Floyd's catalogue.
