The Music of Stranger Things: Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein

Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein, the American composers behind the Emmy-winning score for Netflix's *Stranger Things*, bring their evocative electronic music to London. Known for their work with analog synthesizers and hardware-based live performance, the duo has crafted a sound that blends horror and sci-fi influences with 1980s nostalgia.

Attendees can expect a unique concert experience developed with visual artist MFO (Marcel Weber), combining the iconic score with lighting and sculpted fog. The production, part of a 2026 European tour, offers an immersive journey through the series' atmospheric music, performed live by the composers themselves.

Dixon and Stein's score for the series drew attention for its use of synthesizers and its relationship to 1980s film and television music. Their theme music won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music in 2017, and the first two soundtrack volumes were nominated for Grammy Awards for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media.
