William The Conqueror live in Glasgow

William The Conqueror's live performances have drawn comparisons to Kings of Leon, Nirvana, Buffalo Tom and The Marshall Tucker Band. The trio's latest album, "Maverick Thinker", is on Chrysalis Records. It was recorded in LA at Sound City Studios, where the trio worked through the album's ten tunes at a breakneck speed. Uncut called it an "instant classic"; American Songwriter wrote "razor sharp, dripping with the blues"; and Clash called it "Whip-smart indie rock".
