This November, Bologna will host a tribute to Pink Floyd's legendary 1975 North American Tour, which supported the album *Wish You Were Here*. The original tour saw the band debut "Have a Cigar" and split the "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" suite into two parts, with the title track and "Welcome to the Machine" reserved for later tours. Attendees can expect a setlist inspired by the original, which included early versions of songs from *Animals* and a full performance of *The Dark Side of the Moon*.
The tour's final gig at Knebworth Festival featured Steve Miller Band, Captain Beefheart, and Roy Harper, who joined Pink Floyd on stage for "Have a Cigar." That show marked the last time the band performed "Echoes" and the entire *Dark Side of the Moon* album with Roger Waters. The Bologna event promises to recreate the atmosphere of these historic concerts, with a focus on the music that defined an era.
