TX2 is an American pop-punk and emo project fronted by Timothy Evan Thomas, formed in Fort Collins, Colorado. Thomas treats TX2 as a persona rather than a conventional solo act or band name, and the touring lineup has included guitarist Cam Rostami, bassist Courtney "Corky" Howard, and drummer Ethan Church. The project gained wider attention in 2023 when a clip of the song "I Would Hate Me Too" went viral online, leading Hopeless Records to sign TX2 that July.

À propos de TX2

Musically, TX2 blends pop-punk and emo songwriting with rock and metalcore textures, occupying territory similar to acts such as Creeper and Palaye Royale. The debut album, End Of Us, was released via Hopeless Records on February 13, 2026; the concept record follows a vampire-apocalypse narrative interwoven with political and LGBTQ+ themes, drawing comparisons to Green Day's American Idiot and My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade, and includes collaborations with Ice Nine Kills and Black Veil Brides.

Thomas built the project's following largely through TikTok, where raw, in-progress clips of his songwriting process helped grow TX2's audience into the hundreds of thousands across platforms. The act has used its shows and social channels to speak on LGBTQ rights and mental health, including appearances at protests addressing anti-LGBTQ legislation.
