We read everything sent to us. There is no contact form and no ticket queue — email reaches a person.
Corrections and general enquiries
Use this for anything about the site itself: a listing with the wrong date, venue or price, an event that has moved or been cancelled, a place that has closed, a broken page, or a question about how we source things. If you are reporting a specific listing, including the page URL gets it fixed considerably faster.
Privacy and data requests
Use the same address for any question about cookies, analytics, advertising or your data rights, with "Privacy request" in the subject line. What we do and do not collect is set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can change or withdraw cookie consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
Partnerships and press
Commercial, advertising and data-partnership enquiries are handled by our parent company rather than the editorial team. Note that we do not sell listings or placement — see the affiliate disclosure for how commercial relationships work here.
