China Crisis, the English new wave and synth-pop band formed in Kirkby in 1979, bring their classic sound to Holmfirth. Known for their 1980s hits like "Wishful Thinking" and albums such as *Working with Fire and Steel*, the band—led by Gary Daly and Eddie Lundon—deliver a nostalgic set of melodic synth-pop and new wave.
