Chris Helme, the former lead singer of the Seahorses, brings his solo acoustic show to Stoke On Trent. Known for his distinctive voice and songwriting, Helme rose to fame in the late 1990s with the band formed by Stone Roses guitarist John Squire. Their only album, *Do It Yourself*, produced by Tony Visconti, spawned hits like "Love is the Law" and "Blinded by the Sun."

After the Seahorses split in 1999, Helme embarked on a solo career, performing intimate acoustic sets across England. His live shows offer a chance to hear songs from his Seahorses days alongside his solo material, delivered with the raw, personal touch that has defined his post-band work. Fans of Britpop and indie rock will appreciate this rare opportunity to see a key figure from that era up close.
