Laura Veirs, the American singer-songwriter known for folk and alternative country records, performs in London. Her career includes albums such as *Carbon Glacier*, *July Flame*, and the upcoming *Temple Songs*. She has collaborated with Neko Case, k.d. lang, and Sufjan Stevens, and her live shows feature her on vocals, guitar, and banjo.
Joining Veirs is touring band member Karl Blau on guitar, bass, saxophone, keyboards, and vocals. The setlist draws from her extensive catalog, which includes work produced by Tucker Martine. Veirs' background as a geology major and translator for a Chinese geological expedition informs her songwriting.
This London date is part of a tour supporting the new album. Veirs was inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame in 2024.
