The U2 Experience in Chester

The U2 Experience recreates the atmosphere of the Irish rock band's 2015 Innocence + Experience Tour, which visited arenas worldwide in support of the album Songs of Innocence. The original tour was structured around a narrative of innocence passing into experience, with a fixed first half and a varying second half separated by an intermission. The stage featured a 96-foot-long double-sided video screen and a catwalk that allowed band members to perform amidst projections.

The tour's sound system was arranged in an oval on the venue ceiling to improve acoustics. The U2 Experience brings this setup to Chester, offering fans a chance to see the tour's visual and musical elements in a new setting.
