Wasia Project, the English indie pop duo of siblings Olivia Hardy and William Gao, brings their blend of alt-pop and jazz fusions to Birmingham. Known for their debut EP *How Can I Pretend?* and the 2024 follow-up *Isotope*, the band has gained a following through tracks like "Ur So Pretty," featured on the *Heartstopper* soundtrack. On stage, they are joined by a touring band including drummer Luca Wade, bassist Tom Pacitti, saxophonist Safi Jazz, and trombonist Patrick Minton.
Attendees can expect a set that draws from the duo's growing catalog, including songs from their upcoming debut album *Nocturne*, scheduled for release in September 2026. The show offers a chance to experience their intimate, genre-blending sound in a live setting, following tours supporting Tom Odell and Laufey.
