White Denim, the American rock band from Austin, Texas, brings their eclectic sound to Glasgow. Known for blending dub, psychedelic rock, blues, punk, progressive rock, soul, jazz, and experimental rock, their music features home-based recording, jamming, intense looping, and unusual song structures. Attendees can expect a high-energy performance rooted in the band's extensive touring history, including shows at SXSW and CMJ Music Marathon.
The band's journey began in 2005 when two Austin bands merged, evolving into a power trio by 2006. They have released multiple albums, including *Workout Holiday*, *Exposion*, *Fits*, *D*, and *Stiff*, and have opened for Wilco. Their live shows are known for a punk-infused, psychedelic blues-rock atmosphere.
