Accademia Musicale Chigiana
The Accademia Musicale Chigiana is a music institution founded on 22 November 1932 in Siena, Italy, by the patron Count Guido Chigi Saracini. Established to provide advanced training for classical musicians and singers, the academy runs masterclasses in disciplines including piano, violin, cello, singing, composition and orchestral conducting, drawing faculty and students from across Italy and abroad.

על Accademia Musicale Chigiana
Beyond teaching, the academy presents its own concert programming, including the Estate Musicale Chigiana summer series and the Settimane Musicali Senesi festival launched in 1939, which showcases both rediscovered Italian works and contemporary compositions. Ensembles formed within its courses, such as the Quintetto Chigiano and Quartetto Italiano, went on to independent international performing careers, and the academy has awarded its International Prize to young musicians since 1982.
