From early July through the end of August, the Bras Marie swimming area offers a free and refreshing dip in the Seine, right in the heart of Paris. Located between Pont Louis-Philippe and Pont Marie, facing Île Saint-Louis, this spot is just steps from Paris Plages and its summer activities. Lifeguards supervise the water, and swimmers must be at least 1.20 m tall and able to swim—buoys are provided and required.

The site can host up to 150 people at a time, with showers, secure lockers, toilets, and seating areas available. It's recommended to arrive already in swimwear, as there are no changing cabins. The swimming area is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, weather and water quality permitting, with daily analysis by the city. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
