Concert de Noël at Théâtre du Châtelet

The Théâtre du Châtelet hosts its traditional Christmas concert, a beloved annual event featuring the Chœur d’Enfants Sotto Voce. This choir of sixty young singers, aged 10 to 18 and hailing from across the Île-de-France region, has made the theatre its home for over twenty years. Under the direction of Scott Alan Prouty, the choristers fill the Grande Salle with their joyful voices, sharing their passion for singing with the audience.

The programme includes classic Christmas tunes such as "Silent Night," "We Need a Little Christmas," "Noël Blanc," "Feliz Navidad," "Let it Snow!," and "Carol of the Bells." But the choir, with the help of Scott Alan Prouty and Evandra Martins, also prepares surprises that keep the concert fresh year after year. The performance showcases the choir's vocal training and their ability to move between musical styles with ease and cheerfulness.

Part of the "P'tits Fauteuils" series, this concert is suitable for children aged 5 and up. It offers a wonderful opportunity for families to experience the magic of Christmas through music in one of Paris's most iconic venues.
