La médiathèque Virginia Woolf au jardin du Moulin de la Pointe

Throughout July and August, the Virginia Woolf library takes its collection outdoors to the Jardin du Moulin de la Pointe in the 13th arrondissement. Every Wednesday morning, families and children are invited to read, play, and listen to stories under the shade of the trees.

The event is part of the "Bibliothèques hors les murs" program, bringing library services into Parisian parks. Entry is free, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. In case of bad weather or a heatwave, the session is cancelled.

This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a quiet, literary morning in a green setting, combining the pleasures of reading with the fresh air of a Parisian garden. The library team is on hand to recommend books and engage young visitors with storytelling.
