Requiem de Mozart & Boléro de Ravel

Requiem de Mozart & Boléro de Ravel is a concert at Eglise Saint Germain des Prés in Paris on 23 October 2026, 21:45. Orchestre Hélios and Chœur Ephémère de Paris perform Mozart's Requiem and Ravel's Boléro. Tickets start at EUR 20. In Boléro, the melody is taken up in turn by the different instruments of the orchestra over a rhythmic pattern in the percussion. When the piece was created, the composer gave the royalties to his gardener, not foreseeing its success with the wider public. Mozart's Requiem is surrounded by legend because of the particular circumstances of its commission and the tragic conditions of its writing on its author's deathbed.
