The Veils return to Paris with their new album "Fragile World," following the critically acclaimed "Asphodels" from 2025. Known for their intense live shows, the band has built a reputation over two decades, with music featured by directors like Paolo Sorrentino and David Lynch. Their set promises a shift in tone and energy, reflecting both the current moment and the fragile act of creation.
Opening the night is Anthonie Thonnon, a New Zealand artist who won the Taite Music Prize for "Leave Love Out Of This" in 2022. His performance swaps guitar for a vocoder, drawing inspiration from turn-of-the-millennium dance culture and the Situationist movement. Together, these two acts offer an evening of thoughtful, genre-blending music at La Maroquinerie.
