The Australian Pink Floyd at Liverpool Empire Theatre

The Australian Pink Floyd, a Pink Floyd tribute band, plays Liverpool Empire Theatre in Liverpool on 8 November 2026 at 19:00. The band's live shows aim to recreate the look, feel and sound of Pink Floyd's later world tours, using lasers, inflatables and a large display panel. The show includes a round screen with intelligent lights around its edge, and films and animations appear on it during a concert.

Inflatables include Skippy, the band's own giant pink kangaroo. The band formed in 1988 in Adelaide, South Australia. In 2004 it performed The Dark Side of the Moon at the King's Dock, Liverpool, and the performance was released as a DVD the same year.
