The Guest List: A Wedding Mystery on a Remote Irish Island

The story unfolds through the alternating perspectives of several key characters: Jules; Olivia, her fragile half-sister and bridesmaid; Hannah, a guest and the wife of Jules's longtime friend Charlie; Johnno, Will's best man; and Aoife, the wedding planner. Amid a storm-induced power outage, a scream is heard, and Will's body is discovered on the shoreline—stabbed to death. The truth is eventually revealed: Aoife, the wedding planner, is the sister of the boy who died years ago during the brutal school ritual orchestrated by Will and his friends.
