Città Invicta is Senglea's annual festival marking the town's historic title — 'the unconquered city' — earned for holding out during the Great Siege of 1565. The 2026 edition, its 64th, runs on Friday 21 August across the Three Cities area near Valletta, built around the themes of heritage, faith and the sea that define Senglea's identity as a fortified harbour town.
