Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady in Mosta

Friday 14 August 2026 brings the Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady to Mosta, centred on its iconic rotunda church. This major village festa honours Mary's Assumption with a solemn procession—often starting from or passing by the distinctive church—carrying the statue through streets decorated with colourful lights and religious imagery.
