Informazioni su Foy Vance

His self-released debut album, Hope, appeared in 2007. Joy of Nothing (2013), which featured guest appearances from Bonnie Raitt and Ed Sheeran, won the inaugural Northern Ireland Music Prize. The follow-up, The Wild Swan (2016), produced by Jacquire King, reached number 28 on the UK Albums Chart and number 10 in Ireland. He has since released From Muscle Shoals and To Memphis, both in 2019, and Signs of Life in 2021. In 2024 he shared a Primetime Emmy Award with Ed Sheeran and Max Martin for the song A Beautiful Game, written for Apple TV+'s Ted Lasso.

His songs have been used in television series including Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, House, and Arrow, and he co-wrote Pushin' Time with Miranda Lambert and Natalie Hemby. He also stepped outside his usual genre to collaborate with electronic producer Illenium on the 2019 single Blood. Vance has toured as a support act for Elton John and Josh Groban and has performed repeatedly at the Summer Madness festival in Belfast.
