The Story of TAHTO

The Story of TAHTO is the fully renewed permanent exhibition at Helsinki's TAHTO, where sport is presented as the most inclusive phenomenon in Finnish society. Visitors move through versatile audiovisual content that leads them from the Helsinki Olympic Games to the world of e-sports, carrying them from one story and emotion to the next.

Along the route, the exhibition spotlights the heroes of Finnish success sports, including track and field athletics, Formula One racing and ice hockey, as well as Finns who climb mountains, jump from airplanes or take on rapids and rails. It's a journey through the nation's sporting heritage that celebrates both victory and defeat.
