The Paradox

The Paradox is a pop-punk band formed in Atlanta in the summer of 2024, made up of Eric Dangerfield, Christopher "Xelan" Bernard, Donald Bryant, and Percy "PC3" Crews. As four young Black musicians from a city better known for hip-hop and R&B, the group has drawn attention for reshaping the image of a genre historically dominated by other demographics, and built a large following rapidly, surpassing two million followers across platforms within about a year and a half of posting its first content online. Discovered by Jack White through those videos, the band has since shared stages with Green Day and played the Vans Warped Tour, and landed a number-one hit on Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart. The Columbus show brings its high-energy pop-punk revival sound to a growing national tour, offering a look at a band gaining momentum fast within the genre's current resurgence.
