Hans Gerzlich - mit „Ich hatte mich jünger in Erinnerung“

Hans Gerzlich - mit „Ich hatte mich jünger in Erinnerung“ is a cabaret programme at Rosenau - Lokalität & Bühne in Stuttgart on 26 November 2026, 20:00. The date is sold out. In the show, Hans Gerzlich is shocked to find he was born in the same year as old people.

TV ad breaks now offer Granufink, Voltaren and heat patches instead of aftershave and sports cars. He has worked out that retiring at 67 would let him live comfortably for eleven days, so he hopes for a rise in the bottle deposit. He also reflects on missed chances, growing calm, what a new ethics of ageing would look like, and which language to learn to talk to a future carer.

Doors and catering open at 18:00. The venue's hall opens two hours before the start, so food can be ordered à la carte beforehand. Hans Gerzlich is a German cabaret artist and comedian born in Gelsenkirchen.
