Their boutique hotel is expensive, and they choose a new regular Italian restaurant on an old river ship on the Neckar. Over the course of a week their marriage falls apart, and the evening visits to the restaurant ship turn into a disappointment. The story ends in a catastrophe, with the schlager oldie Memories of Heidelberg playing on a loop.
