Elvana: Elvis Fronted Nirvana at Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Elvana: Elvis Fronted Nirvana play Edinburgh Corn Exchange in Edinburgh on 7 November 2026, 19:00. Elvana is a British crossover tribute band that performs the music of American grunge band Nirvana in the style of an Elvis impersonator. The group was founded in 2014 in Newcastle upon Tyne and has four members, all of whom enjoyed performing grunge music and had experience of covering Nirvana songs.

They chose to dress as Elvis Presley after being asked to play a set of Nirvana covers at a friend's party and realising they did not resemble the members of Nirvana. Over time they began breaking down some of the Nirvana songs into Elvis ones. The band performed at the 2022 Glastonbury Festival.
