A Christmas Carol Musical in Milan

This stage adaptation of Charles Dickens' 1843 novella features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, and a book by Mike Ockrent and Lynn Ahrens. The story follows Ebenezer Scrooge's redemption as he is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come, with songs like "The Lights of Long Ago" and "Abundance and Charity."

The production includes choreography by Susan Stroman and sets by Tony Walton. Originally premiering at New York's Theater at Madison Square Garden in 1994, the musical has been performed annually in December. The Milan performance continues this tradition.
