Santero Record Release Party at Gasa Gasa

Global music provocateur Santero brings his International Dance Party to Gasa Gasa for his record release, celebrating his third album "Canciones de Amor y Protesta." The night features exclusive live DJ sets by Santero and special guest DJ sets by ÌFÉ ET, DEAUX, and Nehaya, hosted by Eduardo Courtade of Romance 93.7FM. The album weaves together Indigenous Mayan heritage, Afro-Cuban spirituality, and revolutionary politics into an ecstatically danceable sonic journey.

Santero's sophomore album "El Hijo de Obatala" earned critical raves and landed on NPR's All Things Considered and Latino USA, cracking multiple critics' top 10 lists for best album of 2009.
