Deltron 3030
Deltron 3030 is an American hip hop group formed in 1999, bringing together rapper Del the Funky Homosapien, producer Dan the Automator and turntablist Kid Koala under stage personas built around a shared science-fiction concept. Del performs as Deltron Zero, Dan the Automator produces as the Cantankerous Captain Aptos, and Kid Koala provides scratching as Skiznod the Boy Wonder.

О Deltron 3030
The group's self-titled debut album, Deltron 3030, was released in May 2000 as a concept record set in the year 3030, following a warrior and time-traveling cyborg wizard battling corporate forces. The album reached number 194 on the Billboard 200 and number 18 on the Independent Albums chart, and became a touchstone of experimental, narrative-driven hip hop.
A follow-up, Event 2, arrived in September 2013 after years of intermittent production beginning in 2004, continuing the trio's dystopian storyline. The group also released Deltron 3030: Live in October 2016, documenting a performance with orchestral accompaniment.
The trio marked the original album's legacy with a 25th-anniversary tour announced in 2025, alongside reports of a third studio album in development.
