Recherchen - Zusammenleben at Klabauter Theater

The starting point of "Zusammenleben" is conversations with residents of the Zinnendorf Stiftung, where people live together and share their everyday life. Their accounts form the audio material on which the artistic research is based. The Klabauter Ensemble also spends a lot of time together: its members work together, develop pieces, rehearse, perform and shape their working day.

The piece asks what living together means in these different contexts, what connects us, what distinguishes us, and what role the far-reaching word "Behinderung" plays. Together with choreographer Verena Steiner, the ensemble approaches these questions through dance and poetry. Bodies and different experiences meet and open a space for the question of how we live together and shape community.
