Bleachers tickets: fan-only purchase rules and resale terms

Bleachers tickets come with a set of conditions attached to entry and purchase. On arrival you must show your downloaded ticket on your device, or bring a printed copy on A4 paper; screenshots of tickets are not accepted. Only genuine mobile tickets are accepted for entry, and print outs and screenshots of mobile tickets are not accepted for entry.

If you bought more than one ticket and ticket transfer is unavailable, your guests have to be with you at the time of entry. No bags are permitted in the Rear Circle Standing section for events. A cloakroom is available on site for small bags, with limited capacity.

The event is for fans only, and the conditions are in place so that tickets are bought for personal use and are not resold for profit or through unauthorised resale sites. A strict limit of 6 tickets per person and per household applies per event, and tickets bought over that limit may be cancelled and invalidated. Tickets must not be bought with the intention of reselling them for commercial purposes or profit.

If you can no longer use your tickets and are not eligible for an exchange or refund, you may resell them through See Tickets Fan 2 Fan, which is the authorised resale site. Reselling or offering to resell tickets through unauthorised resale sites, or for commercial purposes or profit, is not permitted. A list of authorised resale sites is available on the event page at https://www.metropolismusic.com/.

Tickets bought, resold or offered for resale in breach of these conditions may be cancelled and invalidated. Where these special conditions conflict with any other applicable terms and conditions, these special conditions apply.

Bleachers have partnered with The Ally Coalition so that £1 net from every ticket sold goes to organizations committed to serving the Trans community. Further information is at https://theallycoalition.org/.
