Pete Roth Trio Feat. Bill Bruford in Torino

The Pete Roth Trio, featuring legendary drummer Bill Bruford, brings their distinctive guitar jazz sound to Torino. Formed in 2022, the trio consists of guitarist Pete Roth, bassist Mike Pratt, and Bruford, who came out of a 13-year retirement to play again. Roth, a former student and road manager for Bruford's Earthworks, suggested Pratt on bass, and the group quickly evolved from acoustic to electric.

Attendees can expect a set that blends jazz standards with creative interpretations, such as "Billie's Bounce," "Summertime," and Dvořák's "New World Symphony." The trio has toured internationally since 2024, playing dates across Europe and Japan.
