The Doors Alive at The Tramshed, Cardiff, 20 February 2027

The Doors Alive play The Tramshed in Cardiff on 20 February 2027 at 19:00. Tickets start from GBP 24.85. The band recreate the sound, look and presence of a 1960s Doors concert, with classic songs such as "Light My Fire", "When The Music's Over", "Riders On The Storm" and "The End".

The Doors Alive formed in 2005 and have played over 1,000 shows to date. Frontman Mike Griffioen is joined by Barrington Meyer on guitar, Buzz Allan on drums and Norbert Varga on keyboards. The band use vintage equipment, including a Rhodes Piano Bass, a Gibson G101 organ, a Gibson SG and a Ludwig Mod Orange drum kit.

They change the set regularly and improvise, so no two shows are the same. The band have performed in countries including the UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany, Greece, Turkey and Chile, and played the Isle of Wight Festival. In Chile they played an arena show to 4,500 fans.
