Catch Your Breath is an American rock band from Austin, Texas. The project began around 2017 under guitarist Teddy Herrera before expanding into a full band with vocalist Josh Mowery, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez.

About Catch Your Breath
The band blends metalcore with pop songwriting and cleaner vocal hooks, describing itself as a gateway band that introduces listeners to heavier music. Its 2022 singles Shame on Me and Dial Tone marked a commercial breakthrough; Dial Tone reached number seven on Billboard's Hot Hard Rock Songs chart and number three on Spotify's worldwide metal chart, and both songs were later certified gold by the RIAA.
Catch Your Breath released its debut studio album, also titled Shame on Me, through Thriller Records in October 2023, produced by Curt Martin. The record built on the band's streaming momentum, which had surpassed 100 million streams across more than 180 countries by 2024, aided significantly by exposure on TikTok.
The band has toured with acts including Dayseeker, Falling in Reverse, and Ice Nine Kills, launched its first headlining tour in February 2025, and performed at Inkcarceration Festival. A second studio album, Not Broken Enough, is scheduled for release in 2026.
